Is there a non-surgical cure for my diagnosis and how long would it take?

My MRI diagnosis

Impression :  
1.  Circumferential disc bulge and minimal facet hypertrophy are visualized at L4-L5 level.  The bulging disc indents the anterior thecal sac.  Minimal narrowing of the anterior thecal sac visualized at this level.

2.  Posterior disc protrusion visualized at L5-S1 level.  The protruded disc minimally impinges the S1 nerves on both sides.  The vertebral bodies, pedicles, laminae, spinous process and transverse process of the lumbar vertebrae appear normal.   No evidence of spondylosis.  Minimal facet degenerative changes visualized at lower lumbar levels.  The ligamentum flavum thickness is within normal limits.  The bony spinal canal diameter is normal.

The spinal cord, conus medullaris, cauda equina and the sub arachnoid space are normal.
The paraspinal soft tissues appear normal.

Sacroiliac Joints : The sacroiliac joints appear normal.

Whole spine screening : Posterior disc bulge visualized at C4-C5,C5-C6,C6-C7 levels.  No significant abnormality is seen in the dorsal spine.
