Just Exhaustion or something more?

I am currently going to art school online. I work from home. There's a lot of work and I often find myself drawing for hours on end. I started having some neck and upper back pain at the beginning of the sememster. I haven't thought much of it, really. I assumed it was just from hunching over my desk all the time. Usually, after I sleep it off, the pain goes away. However, last week, I had a nasty migrain and the neck pain became constant.I'm no longer having head aches, but the neck pain continues. I've been using a heating pad to ease it off some, and that has helped. However, last night, I was rushing to meet a deadline and ended up working for two hours on an assignment. Afterwards, my neck really started to mother me and I began to get chills. I went to bed, thinking that I could just sleep it off, but the chills only got worse. I began running a fever, I'm not sure how high it was, and I got very little sleep. I've been looking up the symptoms here, and meningitis keeps popping up. This has me really concerned. Is this just exhaustion from over work or do I have something to worry about. At this point, I think I will wait and see if this goes away on it's own, try to rest as much as possible, and if it doesn't, go to the doctor. What do you think I should do?

Well, it is flu season now and possibly a compound problem if you've got some joint pain and associated flu like symptoms. This years flu vaccine includes the H1N1 vaccine all in one shot. I just got mine last week. It's worth asking your doctor about. Good luck!
