KINDS OF OTC MEDICINE TO RELIEVE HEAVINESS IN HEAD ??

I have been diagnosed with TMJD .. and i was told by a doctor to follow up with a neurologist and an oral surgeoun .. well i tried to but i dont have any insurance .. so now im stuck here with a head feeling really heavy .. i really feel the symptoms of the heaviness after i eat .. i dont know why .. maybe becuz when i eat i start crackin my jaw a little which brings in the heaviness feeling .. well i need some kind of medicine to relieve this feeling .. the heaviness is my biggest concern .. i also have feelings of dizziness sometimes .. help ?!
