I am posting this message because I would love to have your opinion. I have been to so many doctors I can't count them. I have had many MRI's and all say I have degenetive joints in my lower spine. I believe the schmorle node is on my L-5. The joint promblem is from S-1 to L-5. Every doctor tells me I don't have enough promblems with my spine to warrent pain medican or a way to stop my back from hurting which ever it takes. I went to one doctor and he told me I have joint probmems, along with a huge schmorel node which the schmorel node likley represents no promblems and mostlikley represents an old injury. I did fall in the early to mid 90s. But didn't have any pain for several years. All of a suddend I had pain down the back of my right thigh to the point I would have to pull over if I was driving. Again I was told nothing is wrong to take IBprofen. Finally after several years they said I have joint degenetive and a large schmorel node. Yet no help or advise from none of the doctors I went to. I had one ask me to stand up and show him just where my spine hurts. I did then he told me to shut up and sit down. I have many MRI's that states the joint promblems which is moderate, and schmorel node. I can't express how bad I would rather go back to work then to be in pain every day I wake up and go to bed. I also have bladder cancer but it does not give me any problems once so ever. I have had 7 sugeries in the past 2/12 to three years. And I can tell you out of 7 of them I only had two that was very painful. If you can help me figure out why I hurt so bad I can't even walk in Wal-mart to shop or drive or long, sit for long, stand for long, I can not lay on my right hip. It is swollen twice as big as it should be. But out of all the doctors one told me I have bursitis. Which I am not sure about that. I am tired of going from Dr to Dr trying to find out why I hurt. They only time it seems they believe me is when my blood pressure is 179/119. That was several years ago and they finally gave me something that worked for the pain.
