Kyphosis; and Degenerative Desiccation at C4-C5, C5-C5 and C6-C7

Hello,

Could someone suggest what this means in my MRI report? I have a doctor's appointment soon but I want to understand something in layman terms.

"Reversal of cervical curvature with mild kyphosis with apex at C5-C6. There is a degenerative desiccation at the C4-C5, C5-C5 and C6-C7 levels. Posterior fossa is intact."

Thanks for the help.
