Kyphosis?

Hello.
I am a 23 year old, 5'11" male. From a young age, I assumed I had some form of kyphosis due to the "hump" in my back. I had a scoliosis film (xray) done 2 years back, and the doctor reported that my thoracic spine degree angle doesn't indicate kyphosis. I ordered his dictation this week for another appointment I have coming up, and it indicates that I do have kyphosis. I called his nurse and asked why he told me one thing when his dictation reads another, and she says he was hesitant to diagnosis this as kyphosis since the degree is only slightly above normal (47*), and there was no pain.
Here are some pictures for reference: http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u433/jonbyers/image_zpsifouodom.jpeg http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u433/jonbyers/image_zpsxbtcssan.jpeg http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u433/jonbyers/image_zps0pa85krl.jpeg http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u433/jonbyers/image_zpstzoxndal.jpeg
Any advice on if this looks like a "severe" condition? My doctor does not think there will be further progression of the curve, but he can't be sure. I want to take whatever steps necessary to prevent it from getting worse, so any advice appreciated.
Thanks.
