L4-5 Disc protrusion causing thecal sac compression and bilateral neuroforminal compromise.

I am 36 years woman facing back fain near back shoulder and giving my MRI scan report.

L4-5 Disc protrusion causing thecal sac compression and bilateral neuroforminal compromise.
T2 Sagittals of Cervical Spine:
              Loss of normal Cervical Iordosis
              Multilevel Degenerative disc disease - s/o - Spondylosis
              Posterior osteophytes at C4-5,C5-6 AND C6-7 causing thecal sac impingement.

Please tell what is the actual problem and it's stage and precautions.
