LUMBAR SPINE

What does it mean by with minimal levoscoliosis of the lumbar spine, with apex at L4. L5 is nearly sacralized, particularly on the left. Schmorl's nodes are identified, from L1 t-S1. The explanation is vague coming from XR interpreter. I wish they would explain it much better...what that meant.

There is minimal curvature of the spine in the lower back, and the part of the curve that sticks out the farthest from straight is at the L4 vertebra.  FYI - L5 is usually the lowest of the lumbar vertebrae, and after that is the sacral spine bones except in people who happen to have an L6).  Schmorl's nodes are a weakening that means it would be easy to herniate a disc if you got into an accident.  These are common findings.

Your best bet would be to google each medical term. There are many sites that speak English to those of us who are not MD's
