Left back, chest and neck pains.

Hi I am a 50 years old male. I am 75kg in weight and 165cm in height. For the past two months I have been having ongoing stiffness and sharp muscle pains in the left upper side of my body, it is localized in my back and neck area. The odd thing is that when I breathe in fumes of certain solvents such as turpentine, petroleum or thinner, I suffer an even more severe stabbing chest/lung pain that radiates to my back nerves which then travels and causes throbbing pains to shoot down my arm (ALL THIS IS LOCALIZED SOLELY ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY BODY).
I have been to a numerous chiropractors, a lung doctor and a cardiologist. My heart and arteries are fine and so is my blood pressure. I have had massages, ultrasound & heat treatments, and have even gone for acupuncture and cupping, nothing has worked thus far. All I have is a minor infection on my lung’s lining. Does anyone know as to what is most likely to have caused this problem (heart, lungs, spine, muscle, veins or nerves) and a possible solution/treatment? Thank you.

It sounds as if you have been examined by every specialist but an orthopedist.
Your symptoms could be related to possible disc problems in your cervical spine.
If x-rays have not been done, it might be beneficial to begin with diagnostic exam of the cervical spine and proceed with additional testing as indicated.
Upper back pain that is concentrated around the shoulder blade area and is accompanied by radiating pain to the arm should be investigated for possible disc abnormalities which are affecting the spinal nerves.
Hopefully you will be able to find some definitive cause that is creating your symptoms.
Post with an update and any additional questions/concerns you may have.
