Left shoulder / neck pain

Hi..  I have neck/shoulder pain on my left side.. The pain becomes more when I push my chin on to my neck.. I have had several tests done, including several tests check if he heart is causing th pain - with doctors ruling out that being the cause..
Inhale also had CT and MRI scans done, with no cashed found by specialist doctors..  I am still left with no answers..

I have now had the pain for over 2 years..

The pain still continues.. Some days the pain is very mild and other days I becomes very strong the pain is
ranging from aches to sharp pain.. The area of pain is around my left neck down to my shoulder and chest
area. When the pain is strong it lasts for several days..  I seems to be in a cycle of strong and mild.. With no set time..

Can you help..

Thank you for your detiled response.
I have had severl specialist doctors look at this issues so fa, including neurology, rheumatologist, and a cardiologist.. I have Aldo seen a physiotherapy doctor..
All seem to say all s normal..  But the pain continues, I am not sure what to do next...
As I said previously the pain seems to be on and off more on than off, with varying levels of pain an types of pain.. Ranging from sharp to ache..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. With the imaging studies ruling out structural defects of the spine, likely causes that may need to be considered include postural issues, neuro-muscular causes, inflammations, degenerations, nutrient/ micronutrient deficiencies, issues at the shoulder level such as injuries, capsulitis, bursitis, tendonitis, injuries/ tears, arthritis, muscle/ ligament/ tendon tears, fractures, growths/ masses, ischemia etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by an orthopedician or a sports medicine specialist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
