Over the last few years I have moved from a job in the trades where I was on my feet all day to a job that I am at a desk 70 to 80 percent of the time.
Lately I have been feeling pins and needles in my toes when I get up in the mornign and after sitting at the desk for a more than an hour. It is enough that it causes me to limp. Today the pins and needles is all the way up my leg to my knee while I am sitting down.
Is there anything I can do, or is this anything I should be concerned with?
