Looking for a surgeon

I am looking for a surgeon or a team of surgeons to do a one-of-a-kind procedure. I did post a question to your Neurology Forum back on Jan 8, 2001 and got 2 helpful replies. My user name on MedHelp is NeckNervesCompression and I refer you to those replies as well as my complaints. Over a lot of years I have tried locally to solve the problem with your recommendations without any luck.and for a while commuted to Cleveland with the same results. Can you help?
