Low back pain

I am suffering from acute low back pain on th left side of the hip progressively. I have under gone discectomy once and dissection of fibrisis at the same place. What shold I do ?

Souns.ds like it could be form of arthritis. Miht waant to see a rheumetologist

Get the MRI of effected portion to diagnose the malaise.Consult an ortho/neuro having good success rate in this field.
