Lower Back Pain on right

I am 14 and I have had pain on the right hand side of my lower back for about a month now. I wouldent say it really hurts but it is just really uncomfortable. The "pain" is there when I am standing up for a while and when i am lying on the couch on my side. What do i do to make it go away and how do I make it never come back? I am a fast bowler in my cricket team so that might be a factor

Well without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the back pain. Possibilities that may need to be considered include renal issues such as infections/ calculi, postural abnormalities, spinal issues such as degenerations, inflammations; neuro-muscular causes, growths/ masses etc. It would be best to consult an internist for a detailed evaluation at this time. After a cause is identified it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
