Lower back pain --> testicle pain

Every once in a while I will get an awful ache in my lower back.  I think it is just muscle pain from having bad posture or straining myself.  Usually it goes away within half an hour or so.  Stretching seems to help, drinking lots of water doesn't seem to have an effect, which is why I think it's muscles and not kidneys or something.

This morning I woke up with this kind of pain, though, and it's still there two hours later.  :(  Aaaughhh.  I think it's just from exercising hard yesterday without stretching my back at all.  I'm normally very sedentary.

Anyway, usually when this happens, including today, the pain in my lower back will "migrate" down and my testicles will ache, too.  Is this normal for lower back muscle pain, or might it mean there's some other problem besides cramps and spasms?

My husband had a back injury in 1999 lower back.  He has had severe pain his his left testicle due to that and has because of that also had abdominal swelling and tissue swelling in his testicle.  he just had back surgery 2 weeks ago and the pain is still there but hopefully it will go away.  Lyrica is a great nerve pain med for that.  Good luck.

I had a back injury in early March.  Had MRI and found a disc pretrution between 9/10 and experience low back pain that has gotten worse. About a week or so after the injury, I started to feel pain in my testicales, at first it was a light pain but it has gotten much worse. I had an ultrasound  on my testicales to find the reason.  They said they found nothing, but the Dr said I had small stones inside of my testicales and he has never seen of heard of this.  He doesnt know if this is causing me pain or if it was from the injury.  My regular Dr. thinks its an infection and not my back.  He has never heard of the stones either. I have never felt anything like this before.  Any feedback would help.                                                                                                                                                                                               Thanks, Ohio45619

It is normal for lower back pain, the testicles pain is due to soft tissue injures in your lower back, which is conductible pain.Too much stretching would hurt your back, depending on new research.I would agree that physical therapy, intensive acupuncture, and mobilization exercises can be helpful
