Lower back pain and pain in both legs

Hey all I'm very scared I'll try to make it short . This problem started up after a bout with acid reflux I started sleeping in my recliner pretty regularly and this is also after a horrible viral infection that also had me sleepy in my recliner I woke up one morning seriously no prob before that morning. But I woke up with awful burning pain on both outside thighs not below the knee but important is it was both legs. I took some I b and it went away but not.completely it just kinda hung around for a week then I went to play basketball and took ib one evening thinking it would get rid of this soreness or pain cause I've never had anything like this and I figured it would go away . Well the next morning I almost couldn't move and now I had bad pain in my back along with both legs fast forward a couple of weeks pain still there I went to a ortho very scared he took some x rays and said I have a l lumbar strain I didn't think so cause I know my body but on his asdvice I took 15mg myloxocam once a day and had four weeks of physical therapy it would come and go with the pain being bad at times and other times not.hardly there but still there so now I was suppose to go back to the ortho for mri but the pain was almost comp gone so I canceled of course after I canceled the pain came right back I can lift weights and do every stretch and exercise without any hold ups but I'm afraid to run or jump because the pain of deep achy buttocks and thighs and a tight burning lower back is there and I'm afraid I will aggravate what ever is there so I would love some help on what you think this might be it's been 2 solid months now and it has gotten some better but it's still here and just a little better description at night in bed I only feel it when I role over deep in my buttocks at first rolling over was excruciating so now at night and in the morning I'm fine I get up go to work and it tightens up slowly and my buttock and.anterior thighs hurt with any movement or redirection hurts going to sit or.going to get up no pain while sitting but it does tighten up throughout the day I'm very worried this pain was never there 8 weeks ago and I want it to go away any ideas please help
