Lower back pain and stomach/side/groin discomfort

Hi there,

I experienced these issues about a month ago after travelling to Germany but i seem to have them again

- Lower back pain on left and right side
- Stomach discomfort and rarely a sharp pain which goes away in a second
- Discomfort at my sides and groin area
- The urge to urinate sometimes doesn't come ... or feels urgent (it does not hurt when i urinate though)

The last time i had these symptoms they were coupled with constipation but these particular symptoms seem to have returned... I've just recently been treated for throat infection and been on 2 weeks of antibiotics (clavamel and calvepen) if that has any relevance.

Aside from that i've been inactive for the last 5-6 weeks and used to have a regular gym routine (running and weights) so i wonder if this is also a factor. My diet may have changed too as i moved job. Any thoughts or advice are appreciated.
