MRI Results and No Answers

I received my MRI results today from the ortho and really did not get any answers only more questions.  I have been dealing with burning, tingling and pain in my neck and shoulders for over a year.  I was diagnosed with Metabolic Syndrome and had gained weight in a short period of time.  I had attributed the issues with that.  I have since been on medication, lost all of the weight and continue to have these issues.  The Report on the MRI states that I have a small hemangioma in th T1 vertebral body and also likely associated with the C2 vertebral body.  It stated a minimal disc bulge at C5-C6 and a minimally prominent masopharynx for my age.
I have no idea if any of that is causing the issues.  The ortho stated that it could have to do with the weight gain in my chest and the support of it (have been doing physical therapy, right in the average weight for my height and very physically active with my children etc.).
I am trying to get more info on these things that have come across on the MRI even though it seems to be a non issue to this doctor.  The doctor that read the MRI and did the report thought enough to put them on the report.
