MRI Resuts interpreted please

First I would like to thank you for considering my questions.  I have had 2 back surgeries. The first was in 2004, and the second was in  June207 to remove the majority of the herinated disc at L%.  Due to my finanial situation, I am not able to recieve quality medical care.  If I list the results of my MRI, can some one please explain them to me.  The MRI was taken on May 9.  My back pain began to reoccur after I fell down some stairs in December.  The pain is getting worse and is impeding my daily functions.  Any explaination or suggestions would be appreciated.

MRI Analysis:  Lumbar MRI was taken with and without contrastl
At L3-L4:  Mild face arthropathy.  Mild foraminal narrowing
L4-L5:  4 mm broad-based right posterior disc protrusion.  Posterior annular tear.  Moderate pressure on the anterior thecal sac.  Moderate right and mild left formanial stenosis
L5-S1:  fact arthropathy.  Mild to moderate left and moderate right formainal stenosis.
