MRI help

I have some neuro symtoms in my arm/hand... Numbness, tingling, weakness, twitching. Its not terrible, but it is noticeable. I recently had a MRI and got my results: prominent cervical disc protrusion at c4-5 without significant canal or foraminal compromise. effacement of the anterior thecal sac without cord compression.

Could this be causing my symptoms, although it reads the it doesnt seem to be compromising the spinal cord?

Any protrusions around C4-5 could cause arm/hand weakness/numbness. You could try the following: very slowly stretch the side that has the protrusion [i.e.try to touch your ear on the unaffected side to your shoulder on the unaffected side]. Stop if any pain. You could ask your doctor first if this exercise is ok for you. I also have gone to the chiropractor (same symptoms) and have found my symptoms almost completely resolve with a  neck [cervical] adjustment. Good luck!
