MRI of lumbar spine

I do not understand my mri results and wht they mean please help.
1.A coronal localizer series demonstrates a mild left convex lumbar curve.
2. There is a 2.5cm benign hemangioma of the L3 vertebral body.
3.Bulging annulus at l3-l4
4. Degenerative changes at l4-l5 with disc herniation central and to the right causing central canal stenosis.
5. Central disc herniation at L5-S1 and right paracentral annular tear.

please hellp me understand what this means.

You have a few problems here, on the MRI report down towards the bottom there should be a part that says "IMPRESSION" its like a summary. Can you post that part? What type of Doctor are you seeing and what are they telling you?  What are you doing for the pain?
