MRI with contrast 3 years post L4-L5 fusion

I have had continued, awful lower back pain coupled with pronounced left leg weakness, burning/tingling both legs and saddle area since my fusion.  Have had 2 radio frequency ablations, 6 steroid injections and am on pain meds.  Am 60 yrs old and within normal weight range.  

My latest MRI states the following:  Enhancing granulation tissue at L4-5.  Lumbar spondylosis and facet disease with diffuse degeneration of all lumbar discs.  Symmetrical bulging of L1-2, L2-3 and L5-S1 discs without evidence of focal disc protrusion.  Marked degeneration of L3-4 disc with broad based bulging/protrusion of the L3-4 disc with is asymmetric to the left into the left neural foramen. Degenerative endplate changes at L3-4 as well.

From this MRI, it doesn't sound like surgery would do much for me as far as I can see but would appreciate any other ideas on this.  I'm just about at the point of looking into a spinal cord stimulator due to severe pain.  Thanks for your help!  Kathy

Well I will tell you so was I!!!!!! I have C5 C6 C7-----L3 L4 L5 S1 with nerve Dmg in both legs. DDD & facet disease spondylosis you name it. I have tried all the Neuropathic drugs out there nothing worked for me!! Almost 2 months ago we tried a almost new one & my world is like a new one :) off all strong med's now I started taking Glucosamine 2000 mg for my hips. Tell your doc I want give the name but it start's with a T ends with a X  I can stand & cook meals again I am 57 I am telling you It is awesome they will know what I am talking about for. They found out it also helps with Neuropathic Pain. This was my last resort I also was thinking of the Dorsal but my family is aganist it and has been for 4 yrs now.
