Major Neck Pain MRI RESULTS

i just recieved my m.r,i. disc and the cover letter with it said:

Mild spondylotic changes are seen. Vertebrae are unremarkable in height, alignment and marrow signal intensity. There is mild variable disc desiccation at all levels.
Atlanto~axial joint is unremarkable.
At C2-C3, there is mild posterior disc bulge by 1-2 mm, causing mild indentation on the anterior aspect of the thecal sac. Bilateral neural foramina are patent.
At C3-C4, there is diffuse disc bulge by 2 mm with right paracentral protrusion by 3 mm, causing mild narrowing of the spinal canal and bilateral neural foramina,
At C4-C5, there is diffuse disc bulge by approximately 2 mm, with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, causing mild narrowing of the spinal canal & bilateral neural foramina.
At C5-C6, there is diffuse disc bulge by approximately 2 mm, with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, causing mild narrowing of the spinal canal &bilateral neural foramina..
At C6-C7, there is mild posterior disc bulge by 1-2 mm~ causing mild indentation on the anterior aspect of the thecal sac. Bilateral neural foramina are patent.

can you tell me weather or not i have reason to be in this much pain or am i a baby? are the findings of my M.R.I. significant? and could someonne explain the findings?

Also is this the cause for my muscles to tighten up in my neck? and is this also why My leftt arm has gotten heavy and numb several times?  Also if this could cause the right hand to feel like needles?

HI and welcome to the Back & Neck forum.

I am not in the medical proffesion so I can not say, but I am sure ur report has a part that says findings....it points to areas of the MRI that the dr  or radiologist felt were significant.

I did not read where u have an inpigment of the nerves......or a tear.....

May I ask were u ever in a MVA?...or had a fall.
