So I just went to the MRI facility to get my results, although I don't see my doctor until the 5th about this, and this is what they found. I would appreciate if anyone could decipher this and tell me it's severity. The only thing I get from it is that I am have disc bulges and fusion of vertabrae. I thank all beforehand for any help you provide.
At L4-L5, there is so significant central spinal stenosis despite posterior lateral impression upon the thecal sac seconday ligamentum flabum hypertrophy and facet arthropathy. There is mild flattening of the ventral thecal sace seconday to disc bulge and there is degenerative narrowing of the neural foramina without limiting stenosis.
At L3-L4, there is no central spinal or neuroforaminal stenosis with mild disc bulge.
At L2-L3, there is no central spinal or neuroforaminal stenosis with mild disc bulge.
There are also mild disc bulges at the other levels within the lumbar spine and within the lower thoracic spine.
Conclusion:
Transitional lumbosacral junction which for the purpose of this study is being read as sacralization of L5. Keeping this in mind, there is lumbar spondylosis most prominent at L4-L5 withouth limiting central or foraminal stenosis.
