I found out that my spine is completely straight from a series of muscle spasms I have had since I was in 5th grade. I graduated this past year and have had chronic back pain since 5th grade. I am now on muscle relaxers, anti inflammatories, and will be starting physical therapy. I am wondering, does my spine being completely straight affect my ability to have children in the future? I am afraid that I will now not be able to. Please help.
Straightening of the spine does not directly affect the ability to bear children, though if associated with pelvic deformities as well, it may reduce the chances of a normal child birth.
Hope this information is helpful.
