NEW MRI CERVICAL AND LUMBAR

Back in Oct 2007 I posted re: my neck and back MRI'S and Dr. Ryu responded suggesting I get new MRI"s done. My internist ordered an MRI OF MY CERVICAL AND LUMBAR SPINE. I need some help with who to see and what to do about the results. My neuro saw me in Nov 2007 and then shed. my return visit for April 2008. I think this is not in my best interest. His office called me after my internist ordered new MRI's and tried to schedule a BRAIN MRI with contrast which my insurance is denying due to the reason given as "little tremors".  My MRI of the cervical spine impression showed mild central canal stenosisand bilateral neural foramen narrowing C5-C6. Right posterolateral  disc herniation C3-C4 with rightsided neural foramen narrowing and mild compression of thecal sac. Disc bulging C4-C5 with mild compression of thecal sac;bilateral neural foramen narrowing. Small posterior disc abnormality C6-C7 with associated osteophyte and mild impression on the thecal sac. Some mild rightsided neural foramen narrowing at this level also. Can you explain?
