Neck & Shoulder soreness

I woke up today exhausted, and ended up sleeping longer alot longer than usual, I've been going to the doctor for ages now, and for a while they thought I had Lyme disease with my symptoms but they took tests twice and both came back negative so they ruled that out. I'm going to see a Rhuematologist soon for my achey (achy) joints and sore muscles, and I'm hoping he/she can diagnose my problem. I also get very frequent migraines that start in the back of my head that radiate to my forehead and right temple. And today for whatever reason, I got really bad neck, shoulder, and upper back pain, but my entire neck is sore even in the front, which is really odd because I've never experienced that before. I also get sick alot, and I'm usually always feeling ill. I did just start taking new meds, Prednisone and I take 3 200mg ibuprofen prescribed from the doctor. Could it be because of my medication? Just wondering if someone can give me a quick answer, thanks! [:

Ah, yes. Everyone I've talked to about my problems, including my doctor suggested I may have fibromyalgia, especially because it's in my family history. All my symptoms suggest that, and I know I'm terribly sensitive in more than 11 of the trigger points. I'm going to see a rheumatologist soon and I'm hoping he'll diagnose whatever it is, and  thanks so much for suggesting this I'm sure it'll help alot, I'll definitely look into it.
