Neck, shoulder and breast disconfort

Hi There, I am 36 years old. Married and with two kids. I have been feeling disconfort in my left side neck, shoulder,arm and it takes my breast and goes all the way down to my fingers. Sometimes the disconfort in my breast worries me but then I realized it is not just my breast, the disconfort takes all my left side. I feel my arms as it was really heavy. What could it be? Could you please help me?

Im no dr. but it sounds like you need an ekg done on your heart,have you had your blood pressure checked lately? if it is higher than normal,you could be in the stages of having a mini stroke,or heart attack,or it could even be signs of an anuresum in your head(a weak blood vessell) or poor blood circulation,it could be any number of things,none of which your symptoms sounds good.so if I were you I would get to a dr. and have some test run,these symptoms are serious signs that something is not right,and possibly very wrong.Im not trying to scare you but,you really do need to see a dr.  good luck,and please let me know what the dr. says? esor15

Who knows. That's a wide area of discomfort.  Just how bad is the pain? Did you pull a muscle? Do you  excersise alot? Does Tylenol or Advil or any of the over the counter pain meds help? If not, you should make an appointment to see your doctor.  I am a nurse. I don't understand why so many people are reluctant to go to the doctor.  You cannot get a diagnosis on this website, so anybody would be just guessing.  If you have health insurance there is certainly no reason not to go to the doc.  If you don't have health insurance but your symptoms remain in spite of everything you are doing you need to just bite the bullet and go.  I know it's expensive, but you need to find out what is wrong with you, assuming you really want to know.
