Impression  C3-4 Broad- Base Central Disc herniation with Disc Bulge with mild to moderate canal stenosis with foramina narrowing moderate in severity. C5-6 Disc bulge with central disc  herniation with extrusion along the posterior margin of the C-6 . Vertebral body without mild canal mild stenosis without cord compression. Moderate foraminal narrowing is identified related to hypertrophy
