Neck/Back Pain & Weakness

Although I haven't seen a doctor for my neck and back, I've been told by my PCP that I have arthritis in my spine.  It gets very inflamed, especially neck and lower back.  Whenever I get the inflamation (inflammation), I get a very weak feeling throughout my whole body with some tremors.  I also develop a strong sensitivity to light when this happens, along with ocular migraine.  I guess my question is, is the weakness and light sensitivity related to the spinal problems.  Lately, I've had pretty severe neck pain (it crunches when I move it), and it happens almost daily.  I can't afford to go to a back doc right now since I'm currently uninsured, so any answers would be greatly appreciated.

goodluck with getting any responses, when i needed help, this place didnt help.

but as far as your headaches, i would say its got something to do with your neck pain, not necessarily your spine
