Neck Cracking

Hi there-

I am hoping you can help me.  I have been having lots or cracking and creaking this past week.  My neck is cracking every time I move it and it is some what alarming in that it is driving me crazy and the noise is getting to me. Also my jaw has been cracking a lot when I open my mouth, this is not so concerning as I have had TMJ in the past and have lost some range of motion; I wanted to mention it just incase it was related.  The rest of my body is silent for the time being.  My neck also feels a little bit stiff/sore I don't know if this is because I am favoring it because of the cracking or what.  I should also mention that I have had some autoimmune issues in the past with my eyes.  Any ideas as to what is going on.  I have not been to the doctor.  I am a stay at home mom to two kids and it is hard to find the time and I don't know if this warrents a trip.

it could just be becaseu the muscles in your neck are tight.. try a deep tissue massage or work on your neck yourself. clair davies has a great book on trigger points.
