Neck/Face/Shoulder/Leg/Arm pain!!! Help!!!

Hi there, I am a 30 year old female and for the past 12 months have been suffering (and going out of my mind) with various type of pain. All located on my left side. Shoulder pain, Arm pain - both forearm and upperarm, fingers, Leg - both lower and upper and sometimes centered around the inside of my knee, stabbing pain in my chest (left side), tingling/numb sensation in my left and sometimes in my face and stabbing/shooting pain in my neck, the side and sometimes the back!!! Needless to say I have been so worried about this - have had every kind of cardiac test going and all were fine and ultrasound of my legs were fine and nothing shows up. My GP is at a loss and my Cardiac Consultant no longer wishes to see me!
I am at my wits end with this - my whole life is disrupted and on back occassions I get palpatations (prob from the worry) and may not sleep for days on end.
Can anyone help me??? I don't know where to go from here but really cannot bear to go through this for another 12 months.
Thanks in advance

Now i have the same pain on the right side instead of the left and found a lump on the right side of my neck. I have to see specialist in two weeks i'll keep you guys updated.. Hi, I have similar pains and, finally, after about 2 years, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis (mostly in my knees).  I also have two herniated discs in my cervical spine (neck).  I get the shooting pains and I have face and jaw pain.  The pains change and move around, it's not fun.

I don't know for sure what you have, but go to a rheumatologist and tell them all your symptoms.  If it's fibro, there's no cure, but at least you know what you have and they give you drugs to try to manage it.

I have been going through the same thing as you but on my right side and for only about 3 months now but I can understand how you must feel because I have been going out of my mind. I am on an antideppersant now and I am also on Neurontin and a muscle relaxer and an anti inflamatory and vicodin. I have been seeing a nuerologist and I have had a catscan on my head as well as an mri on my head and a mra on my neck and head and a catscan on my chest and all that has been found is soft tissue and a small cyst on the right side of my neck but the doctors do not think that is the problem at all. All I keep being told is they don't know which is very frustrating. I am only in  my tweenties and I have a hard time doing so much because I am right handed and all the pain is on my right side. I don't know if your doctor has you on any meds but you should ask him or her about Neurontin or gabepentin is the generic form. I think it helps my pain a great deal and it doesn't have as many side affects as many other pills. It's perscribed for many different reasons it can be perscribed for chronic pain. If your doctor isnt helping you much you should tell him to refer you to a specialist. I'm sorry i'm not much help but I wanted you to know that someone out there knows what your going through and I will definitly pray for you. I wish you the best of luck and if I ever find out what is wrong with me I will post another comment because sounds like you and I have the same problem.

Hi,you should go to see doc for Cervical spine MRI scan.It seems neck problem. It can lead to Shoulder pain, Arm pain - both forearm and upperarm, fingers, stabbing pain in your chest (left side), tingling/numb sensation in your  left and sometimes in your face and stabbing/shooting pain in your  neck. ( As balance change, possibly affect your knee )
So.Take care!
