You know that the skeletalSkeletal limb abnormalities muscles are extremely affected during a surgery like this. I dont know your symptoms, but could it be some inner muscles that are twitching or causing the sensations that you are describing? Post surgery for me I took a lot of muscle relaxers to alleviate these problems. If this is the case, then some physical therapy focused on restrengthening these muscles is what I think you would want to do.
