Neck Spasms

Every time I bend over to pick something up and I move my neck by itself, it feels like bumps in the road until I am in my full upright position.  I constantly feel like I have to pop my neck. I spend a lot of time on the computer, do you think this may be a sign to call a chiropractor?

It's not pain, so it's definitely nothing that's knocking me out of commission, but it's annoying that I can't lean my head over without feeling like my neck has the jitters.

I'll try doing some stretching exercises and such.

computers are horrible for the neck. a chirpractor probably wont help, because it is the muscles that are the problem. the pecs, scalenes, scms, levator scapulae all get short and tight and need to be lengthened by trigger point release and stretching, and keeping good head posture.
