Neck Stiffness.

Hello. I've been having neck stiffness/feeling of tightness...on and off daily for the past month or so. This symptom accompanies my cloudy ear feeling and overall low energy. Maybe about a month and a half ago i started feeling this stiffness at times at work, I knew i was being overworked and stressed out. Once at work I was taken to the hospital because I felt like I was having an irregular heartbeat. Turns out they said I had slighly high blood pressure. Well I ended up quitting work to get away from the stress but the symptoms persisted. Recently I went to an ENT they said that my ears were fine no Eustachian Dysfunction and it looked to be stemming from teeth grinding at night. I am wondering if this could be the cause, since the neck stiffness comes and goes throughout the day. Also, I was massaging my neck there is a lump that is on the left side below the hairline. Sometimes it feels as if the stiffness/minor pain radiates from there. Any insights onto what could be happening? Could it be hypertension causing me to have a stiff neck?

I hear ya. I have been having a stiff neck, low energy, sweating (all over), tailbone pain etc. I quit my job receiently.  Few things I noticed being unemployed ( or part time, in my case); it is not all that healthy. I came to this site looking for answers on some health things that are not common place to me.
Just ideas..I am on the computer alot more, I sit more. Just to start off I just dont even walk as much in a general day as before.  Watch movies/Telly here and there more often.etc So I dont get my body moving as much as I know I should.
P.S  I am planning on looking into my teeth filings.  P.S.S I have all of the symptoms that you listed. My sister had the lump it went away but not tottaly.  Lets compare notes and findings.  Jody

To add, when I tilt my head backwards when sitting down, there sounds like a light crunching/crackling sound.
