Neck bone aches.
My neck aches most of time.
It does not matter if lay on my side's or have a pillow or dont have a pillow.
But most of the pain is when I try to tilt my head back.
My shoulders ache now too.
Sometimes I get pins and needle in my hands.
And my arm I can no longer side behind my back.

Hi!
Wrong posture while reading or working on computers can cause neck and upper back stiffness and pain. It can also be due to bone disease of vertebra or due to pinched nerves. Apart from pain medications you need alternative therapies like manual traction, physiotherapy and neck and back stretching and strengthening exercises to relieve the pain.
Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!
