Neck or back!!

I have been told by my massage therapist that its my neck /back that is causing my bad headaces. I have had a xray but its all clear. Its at the bottom of my neck where it joins my shoulders. Its realy sore does any one else have pain so far down, does your pain cause severe headaches.  It makes me realy ill sometimes i feel sick and dizzy. They are now treating me for sinusitis as well. Should i carry on with the massage treatment or not. It makes me feel a bit better when i go but its costing me a fortune.

I have the same problems. I have had a mri of the head which came back normal but the mri of my neck said that I have disc bulging from C3 through C6 along with some disc desiccation and splondylosis.  I get neck and uppper back pain that varies in location at times.  Sometimes it radiates down my arms or over my head into my eye.  I usually feel better in the morning and worse as the day goes on. It seems the more I hold up my head, the worse it is.  I work at a computer all day so this seems to make it worse.  I am seeing a pain mgmt. doc this week.
