Neck pain, head pain, right ear pressure

Hello, I'm a 24 year old obese male with a history of brain tumor removal surgery which occured in 2008. The tumor was benign and has not grown back. I take 100mg Lamictal XR for complex partial seizures everyday. I also had surgery when I was 7 years old to seal up a hole in my ear drum that I poked with a q-tip.

For past week and a half, I've had a dull neck pain that creeps up towards the back of my head. I also have mild pain in my right temple and I also have right ear pressure. This pain and pressure goes away after I sleep, but around 12pm in the afternoon they come back. Ibuprofen does help the pain for a little while, but it seems to come back. It might be jaw related, because sometimes when I yawn, my jaw makes a clicking sound. but I want to know if I should see a my primary doctor, my nuerologist, or my dentist?
