Neck pain and tinging and pain in arms and legs

I have had neck pain now for 3 months and shortly after it developed I started having tingling in my left arm and hands and nerve pinching pain. I have had physiotherapy as the tingling spread to my legs. The physio has had no effect, but now the tingling and pain is extensive in my arms and legs, feet and hands and is much worse at night, when I am lying down and I can no longer sleep. Sometimes the feeing is like a burning, sometimes cold sensations and sometimes like pressure. I am also having to get up to go to the loo in the night (bowel movements) which is not usual for me. I have a little bit of lower back pain too but mild compared to my neck pain. I have an appointment with the Neurologist in about a months time but I am totally beside myself with worry over what can be happening to me. Do you have any advice?

Yes, I am sure that is good advice. I have recently seen an acupuncturist (who is also a herbalist) and I indeed to carry on with that treatment as it seemed to help (with my anxiety especially).

Have you ever thought of seeking advise from a Homeopath Doctor?  Homeopath Remedies are natural, safe and have no side effects.  They work wonders for my neuropathy, and degenerative disc disorder.   You really should invest in seeing one of these "Doctors".   That is just in my amateur, humble opinion, of course.  What can it hurt, you have two months to wait, right?  Good luck.

Not really. I had a brain and top of spine MRI which they say was clear. I have to wait another two months to see the neuro again now. My nerve pain and buzzing etc is getting worse (more shooting type pain now). I am still really worried - this has begun to take over my life completely.

I am having thye same symptoms. Just went to see a neurosurgeon in NYC who thinks it may be a kinked artery in my neck.  Going for an MRA next week.  I have severe burning, tinglkibg and numbness in my right arm (elbow down) and right leg (knee down).  I've had brain surgery for Chiari I Malformation which releived it until an overly agressive PT got it going again.  4 doctors have told me the pain in both arms and legs can only come from the brainstem up, but they can't pinpoint anything.  I see you posted awhile ago.  Anything new since then.
