Need help! Dr assume his decision is correct when I tell him no helping!

Why do I go pay my deductible for epidural that is helping less and less? They want to do a so called outpatient procedure. Micro Discectomy if I spelled it correctly.
After reading some more on this, not so sure this procedure is as cut n dry as they let me on it would be.
They want to do all this, but will not help with regards to meds. My meds If lucky 10-15 Lotab 5/500 No Refill, (basically Tylenol + minor kick) Gabapentin 300 mg, and some useless overpriced unsaid precipitation. I weight 180 I'm a male with a high metabolism. A female 100lb. Female could use this small amount in no time. Plus just lifting my leg (R) it is no ache, it Damn near stop you in your track. But oh no.They give me what may as well be Tylenol, and act as though they care. B.S. I say! I don't want the strong terminal meds. I only want some help... Relief! It's this really to much to ask of a Doctor that takes your money not really helping at all. Why the hell paying out $1000 every Damn time it flares up. For a MRI/Epidural. BUT WILL NOT UP ME TO A PAIN NEED THAT I DON'T HAVE TO TAKE MORE THAN RECOMMENDED DUE TO LACK OF PROPER CARE OF THE PATIENT.
HOW IS THIS LEGAL TO TAKE OUR INSURANCE MONEY, MY MONEY, THEN TREAT ME AS THOUGH ALL I DO IS DR SHOP... I HAVE A JOB. I KEEP ONE TOO...
WHAT IF ANY LEGAL HELP CAN I SEEK? I'M DO SICK OF THIS HELPLESS FEELING.

No. He is a Neurologist. He has prescribed Lortab 5, but I may as well take 5 Tylenol.  Plus he only would write out 15-20 allowing only 2-3 per day. Hell two just knocks off the edge. So because I call back to early they ignored me, I called again 2 days later. I left a message calmly asking why they ignored my message. I was told I was taking to many. Lord... give me something that works with a single pill.
They called the final one in 5 days prior to my last injection. They also accused I should find a general practitioner. Hell the first two questions any Dr office I have contacted will not take me. Because I answer their own question honestly.

1. Do you have back issues? Yes
2. Anxiety issues? No
Sorry we can not take you as a patient... that is what I was rambling on about. Been good till last week. Been sore for a couple days. Just hope not to end up doing another epidural.

I feel you but from your post I can't understand why your doctor hasn't given you pain medication??? Is it a pain management doctor?
