Findings:
There is a pattern of limited gradual scoliosis, levo in the midlumbar, dextro towards the lower lumbar and towards the thoracolumbar levels.
Canal and recesses are moderate to generous in caliber congenitally and the cord, conus and roots are intrinsically and entirely unremarkable throughout the region studied from the mid to upper T11 level through the lower S3 level.
Slight to limited spondylosis at T11-12; some endplate hypertrophy away from the canal and Schorls nodes.
The portions of the kidneys, aorta and IVC visualized are unremarkable.
Impression:
1. Limited multimodal scoliosis
2. Limited spondylosis T11-12; slight endplate caliber canal and recesses and unremarkable cord, conus and roots
3. Incidental T12 and L2 vertebral body hemangiomas
