Need medical experts advice

My name is Meseret(Male), from Ethiopia(East Africa).
I am suffering from Cervical Spondylosis. The following are the symptoms seen on me:
- Pain in my posterior neck. I particularly feel this pain in the right half part of my neck in the region that is close to the base of my skull.
-The neck pain becomes worse in the morning when I get up from my bed and during the time when I bend down for showering, reading books, tieing my shoes, concentrate on my computer for longer hours and just after turning my head and staying for sometime to see something etc. However, I can turn my head in different directions without problem.
-Headache that radiates from the back of my head to the front. (I usually feel the headache on the right half part of my head). When I feel the headache, my eyes get very red. This is especially worse on my right eye.
-I feel weak or fatigue just like the feeling of a person after doing heavy exercises) in the part of my legs that is below my knees. Actually, the feeling starts from my knees. Also there are pins and pricks. This feeling gets worse when I stand without moving at one place for a longer time; and gets better when I walk.
-I never feel fresh and new after sleep. Rather, I feel dizzy and tired.
-While in bed, sometimes I feel like a half asleep with only part of my body sleeping while the remaining is feeling the pain.
-Very rarely, I experienced a sudden reflex which was very painful on the part above my neck.
At the beginning, as far as I remember, most doctors associated the symptoms ( they were splitting headache, fatigue on my legs, coughing, pins and pricks on joints and the upper part of my back etc) with that of Typhoid fever and Bronchitis. So, now and again I used to take anti Typhoid fever medications. In spite of this repeated medication, through time, my situation aggravated. So, a doctor recommended my visiting of a neurologist. After Spinal X-ray and Nerve Conduction Study tests, this neurologist took out one of my X-ray results and told me that my case is Cervical Spondylosis. Based on this diagnosis, he advised me of proper sleeping, sitting and movement postures I should follow to improve my pain. Along with this, he advised me to take ten days physiotherapy. I took the 10 days massage by a physiotherapist. It is now one year since I took this treatment. The pains on the upper part of my back and the rare sudden reflex have improved. However, the rest of the symptoms are still with me.
It seems that I am destined to live like this. Given my age (I am in my thirties). I am really worried about my situations. I appreciate any practical advice from specialists and those who suffered from the same problem. As I am living in one of the poorest countries of the world, I really found it difficult to get the proper treatment. You can also imagine the time it took me to even identify the correct disease I am suffering from.
Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
