Neurology problems I think

In 2007 I started having problems with headache, alot of fatigue, and extreme pain all over. I was having a hard time staying awake and when I was I hurt really bad. I went to my regular doctor and they checked my blood pressure it was 140/94 he said he thought I had west nile and to drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest. 2 months later I started having spells where I my body would feel heavy, I couldn't walk, my speech was slurred and I couldn't move my legs. That progressed to having spells where I couldn't move my arms, my eyes would water, my head would fall back because it was to heavy to lift. These spells last anywhere from 5 min to 50 min. so far. Some times I have them 2 to 3 times a day sometimes I will not have them for up to a month. It seems that it gets worse after I have not had it for awhile. Now that I have had them for about a year I also get pounding headaches while having a spell It feels as though my head is going to explode and as soon as the spell is over then the headache goes away soon after. I have had 1 head mri and it came back normal. I also have stiffness and pain in the neck and lower back all the time. I sometimes get so tired and sore that I can barely move. I also have symptoms day to day such as all over body pain, tiredness, clumsy, eye problems ( blurred vision, red eyes),  and trouble sleeping.  They seem to get better even go away for maybe about a month then worse again. lately they seem really bad with spells about 2 times a week any help would be appreciative thanks
