New Lumbar Spine MRI Please HELP

What does all this mean? My neurologist ordered it, so I don't know where to go from here, and have no idea what all this means:

L3:4: Perineural Tarlov Cyst

L4-5: Disc desiccation with a moderate diffuse disc bulge accentuated to the right measuring up to 3 mm in AP dimension. Along with mild facet hypertrophic changes, there is central stenosis and bilateral foraminal narrowing.

L5-S1: Disc desiccation with mild right paracentral disc protrusion measuring 3 mm in AP dimension. Facet hypertrophic changes.

Sacrum:

2.8 x 1.9 cm right adnexal cystic lesion with trace amount of free fluid in the pelvis. Mild degenerative change in the right sacroiliac joint is present.
