Non surgical solutions for pinched nerve in neck
I am 63 and hve degenerative changes in my spine due to age and sports. I have a trapped nerve in my neck which causes tingling in my right shoulder I can relive it by changing the position of my neck, but is not relieved by visit to osteopath. My doctor says that it can be fixed by surgery, but am not keen (also have heart problems)> I have seen advert for an inflatable neck support which stretches the neck. Is it likely to work?
