PLEASE HELP! PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP! PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm 25 male. I'm on my 10th day of lower back pain. When I first felt it coming on is when I was at work over memorial day weekend, I was on my feet 2 days in a row for a long long period of time.

When I got into bed that night, it felt like my back didnt want to relax... like it wanted to keep pulling up or down or something... felt like my lower lower spine.

A few days went by and the pain got worse. It felt like fire near my tail bone... it felt like my tail bone was rubbing agains another bone or something... it hurt worse when I sat on it...

I went to a chiropracter.. she adjusted me supposivley... but it didnt help... I went to the Dr. the same day and she checked me for kidney problems... and said my urine was great.

She just gave me some 800mg Motrin and some mild muscle relaxers.

So far, today I'm feeling better... (day 10) but I had to leave work early b/c after being on my feet for a couple of hours, it started to hurt really bad again...

I just got home a little bit ago and took a hot bath.. and another 800mg Motrin.

I'm feeling better... but now it feels like its in my lower right muscle... and maybe near my right lower hip?

Is what I'm feeling just muscles PULLING?

Can mucsles pulling feel like spine issues?

I know that stretching the muscle for about a minute will give me a sense of releif for a bout a minute or so then it will gradually come back.

Any suggestions??

And most importantly "WILL THIS GO AWAY ON ITS OWN EVENTUALLY?"

I also suffer from anxiety, so I want to know that this doesn't sound serious. And I'd like to know the likeliness of it going away soon. This is giving me MAJOR anxiety...

OH! And I almost forgot... besides the standing on my feet all day those 2 days... about 4 days before that I mowed 3 lawns in 2 days... Is it possible for your muscles to react to that 4 days later?

Thank you again!

Since you are still in pain, and have tried the anti-inflammatores, and I assume alternating ice and heat, maybe it's time to ask your dr for an MRI. Mri's are better for showing muscle and nerve damage, as well as spinal issues. X-Rays are good for just spinal issues. Did you lift anything exceptionally heavY? You might have injured a disc. You need to have more information before you can know the outcome of this. I would say if it's not better by Fri morning, it would be time to make the call. Or sooner if you don't want to wait, and have good insurance! MRI's are expensive. Good luck, and let us know the outcome.....
