Pain after Spinal Fusion - 7 yrs

Hi all, I am currently 27 yrs old and had a spinal fusion when I was 20 yrs old, it was done on my L5-S1, I went for numerous doctors before I found out I had Spondolysis, I had the surgery which was a horrible situation as I was bedridden for 4 months afterwards, ever since I have never had a day without pain, medication doesnt work anymore. I have been for Cortizone injections in my spine to help with the pain, but that just lasted for about 6 months, I wake up in pain, spend the rest of the day in pain as well, I was pregnant and delivered my baby naturally in water, I was overweight for s while and now have lost 20kg's weighing at 62kgs, I am 6.1ft tall, think loosing weight would help but it hasnt, I feel worse now than before. Is there anybody else in the same situation, I cant bare the pain anymore, the burning sensation in my legs and buttocks, the pins and needles, the migraines, the dizziness all of it is becoming too much to handle. Please would anybody suggest some medical options, natural or pharmacuetical. Thank you so much and hoping all people with back problems get better...
