Pain after surgery c6

I am 2 months post surgery and still have severe pain.  I'm taking Ralivia and Trameset for the pain.  I have started having 'problems' with these meds, Is anyone familiar with this pain med or can you suggest an alternative to control the pain.

The pain is in my upper back (feels like someone hit me with a bat), burning, muscle cramps & in my neck (sharp stabing pain)  I was told it was a 50/50 the surgery would remove this pain and it didn't. I know my c5 7 c7 are buldging but the surgeon felt they did not warrent fusion at this time and said I would most likely need further surgery in the future.

Any help with the pain would be great.  I have to be taken off my pain meds slowly due to some kind of buildup causing problems of it's own and the pain is unbearable.  It gets so bad I'm sick and throw up.  Please help.
