Pain again

Hello Doctors.

I did a surgery 2 times for l4 l5, one year seperated between each surgery. this is my second year after the last operation and since couple of days ago i sarted to feel a slight pain in my lower back and some disconfort in the right side of my but, espicially while driving or working in the office. till this moment no pain in the legs thnks God. what is ur advice?? I am doing some back exercises including Mkenzy. PLS help me I dont want to do the third operation.
