Pain behind right collarbone/base of neck when swallowing
hi, i have a pain behind my right collarbone/front base of neck when I swallow. This isnt a sore throat kind of pain, but its like a pain in the swallowing muscle at the base of my neck. The pain is only apparent when I swallow with my neck raised, not when I swallow normally with my head upright.

The pain can range from dull to stabbing.
